Nutrient Dense Foods High in Antioxidants
Antioxidants
Whether it is fighting free-radicals or providing nutrient density to our diet, these foods just taste good.
Raspberries
Blueberries
Strawberries
Cranberries
These can be blended to make a tasty smoothy. They can be mixed in a bowl sprinkled with crushed Walnuts or Pecans. There are so many ways to make these fruits a part of any meal throughout the day. Combining Strawberries with crunched pecans or walnuts, sprinkled and mixed with a plate of Fresh Baby Spinach, and tossed with Olive Oil is another favorite. Check it out here with the recipe I saw on Pinterest. This was Shared by Skinny Ms. (http://pinterest.com/skinnyms/)
