Concussions can have a serious impact on the health of our youth participating in sports.

While contact sports such as football and soccer have a high incidence of concussion, athletes participating in contact and non-contact sports can experience head trauma. This may be as a result of contact with another player, an implement such as bat or ball, or contact with the ground.
